I climbed Mt St Helens on Tuesday, 9/16. This was my 4th time to the top in 5 attempts. Windy at times but gorgeous weather otherwise. It's a tough endeavor, physically and mentally, but so worth it for the views, for the accomplishment, for the self esteem.

Great hike around Herman Creek area (Herman Creek, Nick Eaton, Gorton Creek trails).

Like last year, it took a few weeks into the new year to finish my Year in Review post. This marks another Year of Service as a volunteer with MSHI, WTA, TKO, and adding CFC to the mix. I also checked out several new trails and returned to some favorites.
