Got a #SecretLab chair early on in quarantine and it was the best WFH purchase I made. As our offices start to open back up I knew I’d need one there as well and picked up the new 2022 model. Couldn’t be happier with it. @secretlabchairs

I’ve had a @CoxHelp modem sitting in a box for 8mos w/o issue. Today they’ve decided I’m not using it & they need it back *now*. In the midst of a pandemic my options are go to the @Coxcomm store or go to UPS, endangering employees needlessly either way. How is this sensible CS?
