I actually think vibe policing is natural, healthy, and people should have the tooling to collectively police the vibes of their own online communities. I want a global discussion platform where people can intermix, but also retreat and shield themselves when they need to.

But, unfortunately, to solve social problems like “trust” and “safety,” you need to make judgements that aren’t purely technical. It requires choices about politics and society. There is no avoiding it.
