Due to Republicans' unwillingness to negotiate on healthcare costs and reopen the gov't, it is likely that QUEST cards will become inactive on November 1st - even if funds remain in your account.

You are completely WRONG. Farmers are sick of the lies, and complete bs trump is spreading. They know he has lied to them about everything. The whole tariff fiasco is the final blow! I know because I live in IL farm country while you live in some big city. 🙄
