I think it'll still be climbing exponentially in a month or so. I think in 6 months - 1 year we'll see for sure if this app has a chance against dethroning Twitter. Right now, the biggest objective is attract users who are neutral. Who aren't bothered by Elon's antics.

Trash or not is subjective but you need to realise, threads soared in popularity as it was the direct alternative to Twitter. People were leaving in the millions to flock over. I do agree bluesky is a lot better than threads, however dethroning Twitter is a tough job.

I don't really think Jenrick would've been the best candidate for leader of the conservatives but how on earth did he lose to Kemi will never make sense to me. James Cleverly in my opinion should've won.

Threads was ranked #1 worldwide for an entire month, had over 100M monthly active users and people still decided they couldn't live without Twitter despite hating it. Will Bluesky be any different?

This really could be the beginning of the End for X. In July 2023 threads was newly released and had 100M active monthly users and everyone and their mother believed Twitter was going into the ground yet Twitter lived on. Will it be different this time with Bluesky?
