Everything about Bluesky has been flawless so far, however it's very strange how the username/domain system works. A simple @ configuration doesn't seem to hard to implement unless there's something I'm unaware of.

The surge in new accounts this week for Blue Sky is staggering, however let’s not be fooled. Threads had 100M active users in the first month of its launch but failed miserably. There have been many Twitter (X) alternatives but we’ll see if BlueSky’s growth is sustainable or not.
