Still reading and enjoying The Courting of Bristol Keats by Mary E. Pearson. I'm also listening to the audiobook of After Story by Larissa Behrendt which I highly recommend, the story and characters are very relatable.

We hot smoke fish, chicken, eel & bacon using a roasting dish (see pic) from The Warehouse.
We put in foil on the bottom, put coarser (than for the maze smoker) wood dust then a rack with the food and then the lid and then put it on the bbq. See other attached posts 👍

I'm so old I remember Leed Lemonade
