Roaming the bush like a soggy forest hag is such an underrated tip for perimenopause relief. I'm sure it's just evolution's way of telling us it's time to be less productive and more feral.

I thought I'd never read a book that changed my life - then I remembered this one. Did I finish it? No. Did I follow it to the letter? Also no. Did it break down the skills of meditation in a way I could finally understand after years of struggling through guided meditations? Yes.
