A couple of years ago I discovered the biggest pile of Coprinus comatus I'd ever seen. I also discovered I didn't like the flavour, no matter how much butter and garlic I added. Now I just look at them and go "oooh 😮" #fungifriends #mushroomsky

After severe work burnout, I started treating my depression with meditation, CBT worksheets from the internet, vitamins etc. - all the usual lifestyle recommendations. Lo and behold, my PMDD symptoms eased up as well. But it's not bulletproof, and it's also a metric shit ton of work 🥴
