It’s very far from perfect. I doubt we’ll ever actually see that pipeline get built. So if he truly is just placating her with busywork to get the industrial price of carbon set higher, it’s brilliant on his part. If not, it’s the antithesis to everything he wrote about the environment in his book.

Ah yes, the guy who got a pipeline built at extreme federal expense is the one who fostered the separatist agenda.

Anyway, if your friends are super excited about that show and also disgusted at the UCPs overreach, maybe have a friendly conversation about how they might be hypocrites.

This isn’t meant to downplay anything. It’s a disgusting example of overreach, and the UCP are clearly trying to set up their own little dictatorship with this decidedly Canadian version of Exexutive Orders.

I watched this a couple weeks ago and loved every moment. Band sounded great and the nostalgia was off the charts for this kid who was raised on MuchMusic. Also cool that they uploaded the whole thing including a couple songs after they went off-air.

How about 2 terms, but you cannot raise more for re-election than you did on your first successful run.
