The company announced that a colleague who joined the company at the same time as me was retiring. I wanted to find out the truth so I chatted with another colleague, but he ignored me. What the heck!

It was too tight to fit my bottle in my waist pouch, so I bought a new pouch for #ShonanInternationalMarathon. I'm going to try it out this weekend.

It's been a while! I'm participating in #ShonanInternationalMarathon in two weeks. This race is the first in the world where runners are allowed to bring their own bottles. There's no paper cup waste at the water stations, so it's a very clean race. I hope this initiative spreads. #Marathon #running

The second day of my long run this weekend. I left much earlier than yesterday. It was still cool in the shade, so I took breaks and kept running at a better pace than yesterday.
