I taught myself how to hand quilt and I'm not amazing at it but like. I made that. That's pretty cool.

Anyways it's a big, square potholder for my mom because she really likes big potholders. I also made it double thick.

I have this one gift for my mom I wish I could give her earlier, but her birthday is in August and there's no way to make that work for something I just bought last week XD

YES to the salt!! I love doing that.

NGL cookies are like the one thing I'm not very good at baking so I fully just use a mix, but adding a bit of salt REALLY elevates them.

(For clarity, my instructor is cool. I just find chemistry difficult. I'm doing it, because I can do hard things. But it IS hard.)
