He had same number of votes in 2024 that he had in 2020. What happened is that 11 million dems who voted in 2020 did NOT vote in 2024. Why? No one seems to be asking this. When people choose not to vote it always will result in a bad outcome.

At some point you find you have to. If needed you can anonymize the abuser but I don't think that helps a lot. Fortunately my abusers are not on substack or bluesky, but even if they were, I'd just block them and say what I have to say. I do anonymize my fellow victims (siblings and kids)

Hi Amy - thank you for this starter pack - can you add my name to your list as well. I just read your substack too and it all resonates so strongly. I am an estranged child of a narcisist and was married to another one for 30 years. Now at 62 years of age am finally safe and loved.

There is an extensive Facebook support group for MALS. Very very helpful - global members, sharing doctor info and personal experiences.
