I noticed that a prescription that sat unapproved for over a year has suddenly been approved. Delay tactic was clearly in play. I don’t condone what transpired but it clearly served as a wake up call.

I will never forget the day that my beloved said he’d never consume oil again after he had a widow maker heart attack. It launched our journey into a wfpb diet. Learning how to cook without oil Here we are 5 years later. He’s alive and and we eat amazingly well without oil #wfpb. #no-oil.
