other than that, it’s just not letting my body dysmorphia win and telling myself my body has done so much for me and is so capable, and no matter what phase I’m in during this journey, I’m determined to see it through.

—> I’m currently working on boosting my metabolism, so rather than be on a restrictive diet, I’m going to do ~2000 calories a day and increase my weight lifting to 3-4 times a week so my metabolism can readjust. This past 6 weeks I just struggled to put off any weight, and I know why now. —>

I talked to a personal trainer and he said to be at my absolute leanest weight, I need to lose 36 pounds, but I can do it slowly. Also during said metabolism test I found out I’m burning ~1500 calories on a daily basis.
My cut used to be 1500, so my body essentially adjusted to the diet—>
