Adding “identifying triggers” to my mental health resolutions for 2026. I honestly never took the time to identify things/actions/words that make me feel that sense of unease. I think better understanding this will help me to respond accordingly to protect myself + my inner peace all of 2026 😊

my cousin is at brown right now and she’s safe from what I’ve heard. One of her friends got hit multiple times, and the shooter is still at large. They’re still on lockdown. It’s just all so utterly terrifying and I hate that this is the world we live in
