Hoping this is not the case but it was so odd and my neighborhood has a lot of Spanish speaking men doing construction and also playing futbol (soccer) so if anyone is racially profiling they’d come here.

This is the info in the medical ID section. Here’s the thing - who would leave a phone like this on the side of the street? Will take it to Verizon today or tomorrow but my mind goes to ICE grabbing ppl of the street.
