I remember an episode of Designing Women where Jean smart’s character asked her pastor why Baptist women couldn’t preach. He replied, “It’s the word of God. Don’t you believe him?” She said she just didn’t believe him (the pastor.)

He’s 80 pug, 10% Pekingese (?) and 10% chihuahua.

This guy was a rescue. Cutest dog EVER!

This little guy came from a kill shelter in Tustin CA. He’s the joy of our house. ❤️

I went door to door pushing a stroller to get signatures for the ERA in the 70s. I’ve been in 3 Women’s Marches and a mess of protests and letter writing campaigns in between. I can’t believe we’re still doing this sh*t.

I spent summers at my grandmother’s ranch and she had a slew of Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys collections. It was heaven: reading, horseback riding and nobody much cared where I was 🤗
