The CRAZY thing nobody is talking about too is that nothing is ever gonna be cheap again.

If corporations see that we’ll pay these elevated prices, they have no reason to not make those prices their baseline

The tech giant instead engaged a firm that is fighting the president’s executive orders, Jenner & Block, in a sign that those firms can still attract clients.

When do you think that the reason Yambo and his minions have stalled so hard to bring Abrego Garcia back is because he was killed in that prison in El Salvador? Don’t you suppose Yambo has greater power over Nayib Bukele than Bukele than vice versa? 🤔

As on point today as it was during WWII: Midway through this terrible period, the imprisoned Italian Marxist Antonio Gramsci is said to have remarked, “The old world is dying, and the new world struggles to be born: now is the time of monsters.”

Now are the monsters of OUR time, eh Donold?

Thurmond was 57 at the time of his fillibuster, was allowed a bathroom break and Goldwater stepped in to allow him a second one (not sure about that - conflicting stories).

Cory Booker is 55, 2 years younger than Thurmond was at the time. See a difference? Amazing what hate does to age one.
Breaking: Cory Booker has officially delivered the longest Senate floor speech in US history, surpassing Strom Thurmond’s filibuster against the Civil Rights Act.

This week, as the number of confirmed measles cases rose to 483, the CDC buried a report that would’ve stressed the importance of getting vaccinated.

The move was “not normal at all,” one agency staff member said.
The CDC Buried a Measles Forecast That Stressed the Need for Vaccinations
The move — along with the CDC’s explanation — is a sign that the nation’s top public health agency may be falling in line under HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a longtime critic of vaccines.

The reason that the US is locking up tourists for weeks in hellish detention centers rather than letting them book tickets back home is because the detention centers are owned by corporations. They are charging the taxpayers fortunes to cage these people, and making bonanzas off their suffering.
