One time, I was having a mental breakdown over something and my cat immediately rushed to my side- purring and meowing, circling me, snuggling me. He didn’t leave my side until I stopped crying.
When I started back up- he came back running and remained there until I calmed down.
I love this cat.

You can like a character and still acknowledge their flaws. There’s nothing wrong with either.
The flaws are what help make the character interesting. Some characters have done awful things, it’s still okay to like them- just don’t get upset if someone else doesn’t if someone else points it out.
