I never felt much one way oth the other about Bob Dylan, but I really enjoyed Complete Unknown. Def didn't make him sympathetic, that wasn't the point. I kinda "get" his impact now though

I made some pretty killer bok choy and Alubia Blanca beans. Of course, LOTS of garlic. This is my first time cooking fancy beans from @ranchogordo.bsky.social . A splurge, but totally worth it. It's so weird, I'd have no problem spending $$ on meat, but why not beans? More legumes in '25!
