Last night GC text to my office peeps: St. Andrew's bank holiday is tomorrow. We should observe it & stay home! 🏴
Today: no network for our office (state-run v the rest of the building that is county-run) the entire day = unable to do a single thing.

Perfect first night of holiday despite the blowing snow & winter weather warnings. No driving needed, made a creamy mushroom barley soup for supper & the rest of the evening has been spent like this w/a Caorunn gin & tonic.
