Now they rest til room temp. Into the freezer in the tray before decanting into freezer bags til I get to have one for dinner next month or something.
The best use of my freezer full of stuff like this was when I fed my friends for a week after his mom passed. Chili, stew, soups, casserole. ❤️

If you slice a baby carrot lengthwise, then each of those halves lengthwise it dices real nice.

I went to a fundraiser tonight. Cidny.org. Beautiful venue, incredible food by Marcus Samuellson. @geraldorivera.bsky.social was there! (My guy. 🤜🏻🤛🏼Thank you, for then and for it all)

I have a fair amount of tattoos, more to come, and this is one of my faves. It’s the Frank N Furter mom tattoo with Dolly written instead. In with others on my calf.
Other than my own initials and “Gone Camping” translated to Latin, this is the only text on me.
