This is why this asshole shouldn’t have a gun or be an “officer”:
1) shoves gun in belt
2) pulls detainees arm BACK to where his hand is close to THAT gun
3) no longer in control of arm, he can’t FIND his gun
4) gun falls out of belt right next to detainees hand
