We have monthly (or more frequently) period pain and let's not start with giving birth, where a normal sized hole expands to 10 cm of dilation due to contracting abdomen muscles.

I knew that after giving birth to my kiddo, my intrusive thoughts started seeping in.
What I didn't know until now is that my intrusive thoughts are connected to my OCD.
My neurotransmitters don't know what to do with themselves when they are stressed out, which can cause intrusive thoughts.

My boyfriend has problems with finding leg room and he's about average height for a Dutch person at 186 cm. 😅
