I don't have much of a sense of humor about anything related to the felon, but this made me smile. It's the Mamdani Effect. 😊

Good morning! A year ago today:

This morning's walk after the three-day bomb cyclone was absolutely glorious. So much beauty, and the sounds of rushing water everywhere. I was in a constant state of awe. ❤️

Three years ago this morning I opened the shades to this sight. What a nice way to start any day. 🩵💛🩵 #upupandaway

Good morning, Friends. It's Caturday again. But a shout-out as well to you and your dog, chicken, gecko, goat, hamster, bird, goldfish - whatever companion you love and care for. They take our hearts and refuse to give them back. ☮️💜

Good morning, Friends ~ Yesterday afternoon's stormy sky, the vivid sunsets, roses in November... the glories are all around us when we notice. Enjoy, magic masters.

Others: All excited about release of the files.

Me, knowing what to expect after the felon gets through with them:

In 1987, Rosalynn Carter (who died on 11/19/23) founded the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers to support the unique needs of caregivers - those who selflessly care for family and friends. She was a First Lady of class, intelligence, compassion, and heart. ❤️

Good morning!

"Wall of Leaves" from November 2022. In 2024 this property changed hands and the new owners ripped out all of these vines, leaving a bare wall. I'm very glad I have a memento of the time when this annual display was a neighborhood showpiece. ❤️🧡❤️

Good morning, Friends ~ Autumn continues to dazzle me on our morning walks. This one is from two years ago today but it looks exactly the same this morning: Leaves showing off their finery as a final curtain call before they gracefully let go to make way for winter. 🧡

Every time the felon closes a door to assistance, Governor Gavin Newsom counteracts with legislation and compassion.

Want to play? The rules: answer for YOU. (Not me. I think that everyone who knows me knows that I love cats, music, autumn, photography, and walking in nature.)

And don't say people. We know that you love your partner/kids/grandkids, etc. 😊

Good morning!

"In the vineyards, the leaves are now buttery yellow, the groves amber-hued; then, this morning the warm-cool light of sunrise beamed golden rays on the scene, intensifying the colors and creating a hazy illuminated mist. It's a wonder I don't drive off the road sometimes." 🍂 📷 Ann

Good morning! I hope you're starting your Monday with all your ducks in a row. 😊 This pic is from a walk we took last year. This duck kept swimming in and out of the light, making for some lovely pics. I call this one, "On Golden Pond."

Happy Monday! Keep paddling! 💛

Good morning! I leveled up last night by dancing in my first mosh pit! (I'm the arrow far-right; my friend at left). I went to the show of my favorite AC/DC cover band and rocked all night long! "We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing." 🥰

Good morning! This is my favorite neighborhood tree. Its fiery-red leaves when illuminated by the late afternoon sun turn it to flame. I'm very much looking forward to seeing it when we take our walk this afternoon.

I hope you all have a very good day. ❤️🍂🍁

Same with chatty seat-partners on airplanes when you're just trying to read your book in silence. I've heard. ☺️

Good morning!

This is a photo from that time we could see San Francisco - 36 crow-flies miles away - from our hike in the hills.

I hope there is something as pleasantly surprising in your day today. ❤️🧡❤️

A few years ago my guy and I went walking downtown one beautiful Autumn night, and a bunch of teens were riding around on these gorgeous, litten-up bicycles. I'll never forget that beautiful sight. I hope there was some sparkle in your day.

Good-night; sweet dreams. 💜💚💙

9 years ago today I was mocked for calling the day of DJT's election the "11/9 tragedy." Scoffed at for implying that his election would change us as profoundly and cause as much suffering and destruction as did the 9/11 tragedy. A relative called me "emotional."

Am I vindicated?
