It wouldn’t. It’s such a shame because there are many things in D.C. best seen at night and outdoors. D.C. is mostly a walking city. Some of my favorite memories are the people I interacted with sitting at outdoor tables, enjoying meals or ice cream. No one wants to cross paths with 🍊🤡💩’s Gestapo.
