I made the mistake of reading the comments of a news article pointing out that SNAP benefits are running out Nov. 1st due to gov't shutdown, and all these boomer takes on punishing "welfare queens" while bragging about working 3 full-time jobs pissed me off. Like what's not clicking to yall?!?!

As I enter my 9th month of unemployment(!!), it's demoralizing how much I've been thinking about abandoning my integrity so that I can bypass some abstract algorithm. Maybe a hiring manager that's a REAL human will recognize my worth without me having to sacrifice my core ethics (2/2).
