The EHRC guidance cannot change the law. Any legally constituted female service provision or sport must exclude all males incl. those who identify as women and those with GRCs. So if you want to attempt to undo the legal rights women have fought for over decades you are in the right place to do so.

We’re equally concerned that you have little understanding of the role of the EHRC in this matter. The Supreme Court ruling clarified the law as it has always been – that is not up for debate. We’d be very happy to meet with you to explain things in more detail.
