on one hand, requiring clear and unambigious labels is good for food safety
but yeah this feels like a gross overshoot. it's not like they were selling plant-based burgers as counterfeit meat

every time i check it i think about shutting down my instance. mastodon is just so bad. or at least, not for me

i don't think i'm entirely opposed to capital punishment in some cases. though the specifics are decidedly bad for the soul to dwell on
but imo torture (even passively, by withholding basic necessities) is not justifiable no matter what someone did

ignoring omarchy completely has, as far as i know, had no negative effect on me whatsoever. i still don't even really know what it is 😆

stable diffiusion's negative prompts *kind of* work to accomplish this by, at every step, explicitly stepping the rendering process away from what matches the negative prompt (it's has its own problems, but avoids that specific issue)
not sure there's anything similar for LLMs, though

i mean it's true in the vague sense that in embryonic development both the skin, and the brain and nervous system grow from the ectoderm
but the rest is clear nonsense, so i doubt he meant that. it reads as the kind of thing people write during a psychosis
