My 2014 MacBookAir6,2 still retains 80% of its initial battery capacity and continues to meet my modest needs for a portable computer. It runs at ludicrous speed with #CachyOS (or OS X 10.9 #mavericksforever 😉). And the best part? There’s neither a ridiculous notch nor a way to run MacOS #Tahoe. 🙃

My Amiga 4000 is equipped with a 128GB SSD and an S-ATA to IDE converter. Works flawlessly. The only issue is that tAmiga onboard IDE controller cannot do DMA and is therefore painfully slow, compared to today’s standards. It literally takes days to fill a 64GB disk partition with data. 😆

Switched to Tahoe. Apart from the fact that it looks fugly, no major complaints. In fact, unlike with Sequoia, SMB now works properly in my setup. As long as the crap does what it's supposed to do, I can live with it looking like some obscure MacOS-themed X Window Manager from a hobby developer.
