Literally ALL of them need brought back for due process. Without that, we have failed.

The summer after my first year of law school I interned at the North Carolina ACLU. My fellow interns & I were quite shocked to learn we would be working on a case of a *US citizen* that ICE picked up & deported—or as the court later said “banished.” Yep. It happens.
