What I love is that Ms. Adams doesn’t leave it at the easy “who am I to judge?” Or “let he who is without sin..”
She goes a step further by invoking God’s love for who they created. “Who am I to harm who God loves?”

The Donnie McClurkin case, if the allegations are true, reflects the harm that can come from suppressing your authentic self and the lasting effects of abuse. It’s a painful, cynical reality.
Until the church has honest conversations about sexuality, faith, and spirituality, this cycle continues.

This..... Sometimes it's ok to look, shake your head, and continue scrolling. We can't talk about the behavior that's done on Twitter only to bring it over here. You also never know a person's mindset during situations like this with them being beat down by everyone. Just block and keep it moving.

Desirability politics can really fuck people up. When people internalize being unlovable or invisible, attention can feel like survival. Not excusing it by any means but I don’t think it’s that far fetched.
Catfishing/swordfishing just seems so void fulfilling. It’s like yeah you’re getting this attention from people that YOU think would never give you time of day. Just to later be exposed and now they think of you in disgust. Just seems like some loser shit to me idk.
