Kids choose amazing names too. My kid went by “Light Cat” for a few months!

Yes! I went back to school much later in life and I have been fighting to keep my focus on learning what will help me in my career and not just passing classes so I can graduate. It’s hard when that’s absolutely not the mindset most people have.

Exciting!! Warmth and a hobby you can enjoy! (My camera really helps me slow down and enjoy the world directly around me, which is helpful especially right now.)

It really is! So much genuine character development and well-thought out plot arcs that all dovetail together so perfectly!

..basically giving books the opportunity to rise based on engagement and content and not just on marketing. (I wish I knew where to start in creating such a thing!)

This still wouldn’t entirely solve the problem, but yesterday I was thinking how helpful it would be if there was a site for indie/self-published books that was organized the way AO3 (Archive of our Own) is… ability to give kudos or something like it, tagging, ability to filter by length or tags…

For me my particular autonomic dysfunction I describe like this: sometimes when I stand up, my body sends the signal to open my blood vessels up which sends blood straight to my feet, instead of constricting them to get the blood to my head. Then I either get my head down or my body does it for me!

I have the opposite situation, no matter how much I floss their opinion of my gums doesn’t change… makes it hard to want to be consistent…

You never know! Maybe you *will* have it tomorrow! (And hopefully every day thereafter because having it for only one day would be disappointing!)

Other direction but same with growing a beard and having your voice drop… second puberty 20 years after first puberty is a trip!

Ask *historians*?? I thought I had come to terms with my age but now I feel *ancient*. I got a TripTik for my trip across the country for grad school (though to be fair that was somewhat a backup because phones weren’t super reliable yet).
