I'm here to tear new ones and eat ants. And I'm all out of ants.

Otherwise, a science enthusiast and an amateur artist on the autism spectrum who loves to keep interesting specimens.

As one myself — but never in the obnoxious "meatatarian" sense — I always looked into the future ever since first reading about the idea in my teenage years with great hope, including my potential role in that industry.

Alas!

I will say, though: I think this reactionary sentiment against cultured meat is staggering. You lack desire for plant-based — to say nothing of bugs… but it's not "real meat" because it didn't live in squalor, die squealing and/or cost a million hectares of forest to feed before reaching your plate?

That executive seems to just be mouthing off at poor customers "eating shit", and the 3D-printing claim may just be part of that schtick.

Very likely much ado over nothing. He was involved with infotech and not food production. And he made disparaging remarks about Indian employees, too.

My judgment a year after I left Twitter for good: social engagement remains low. It's good for being a curated feed for news and perspectives from high-quality sources without a malignant algorithm and its enabled scum and villainy.

I guess the network effects of the former site continue to linger…

I'm crying. Like, I'm SOBBING! 😂

NOTHING in my life has made me feel the way I do before this! 🤣

Was this inspired in any way by the Oregon Zoo's video of the elephant crushing the giant pumpkin with their face?

The same development occurred with ‘newt.’

‘An’ + ‘ewte.’

“An ewte.” > “A newt.”
