My big bike is the size of a small car. The red background of my selfie is not a political statement; I took it at a Target. My biking is for my personal mental and physical health; don't get bent out of shape over it.
We rode the Cascades last week. I appreciate the work that gets done keeping us safe and fed while getting places (mostly) on time. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and everyone we met! Looking forward to riding these new trains.

MediaLab is deleting them as fast as they're being posted, but we all will know how John was our go-to for expressing our dissatisfaction.

Crews are gone, probably for the day. The notice they put on our door says they work from 6am to 6pm. However, they never seem to come back after they stop around lunch, and one morning they started at 4am. Probably important for early morning commuters that use 26th/Powell to know.

Also, according to the last I heard, this is the last year for this building. Kids will be moved to the Marshall Campus and construction will start for the 2026-27 school year. Kind of surprised they aren’t putting off the crosswalk until kids come back.

Yes. They’ve done the curb cuts to move the crosswalk back to in front of the main doors (had to remove a tree so that added an extra day or 2). Today the median island. Clearly getting that crosswalk in before school starts on the 27th. [1/2]

If you want TX Democrats' efforts & sacrifices to have a bigger impact:

Blue states:
Call your governor and state reps; pressure them to redistrict (like CA)

Red states:
BE LOUD in your opposition, nationally & locally - make these efforts politically costly.
