😂😂😂 no it doesn’t help. I just to get my kidneys cleaned out every 12 weeks but everything would grow back within two weeks and the surgery and recovery was terrible so I just stopped doing it. Pointless I’m sure I will have to again because there so calcified

A long painful frustrating day. Everything hurts. But it could’ve been so Much worse. My doctor said at least 2-3 weeks recovery.
Also had the joy of passing two kidney stones to start my day yesterday.
So yeah everything is awesome💜
