I’m doing a scoping review of grey literature about pressure injuries in people with SCI/D. At least with PubMed a lot of it is available from the publishers. Can trust the information from the other HHS databases and web sites? I am genuinely thinking I might have to drop it for now.

I completely agree with you. Given the 2025 Project goals and how quickly this has gone full 'Handsmaids', if I were a scientist living in the USA, I would seriously start looking for a country that will be willing to take me as a skilled immigrant, rather than waiting to ask for assylum.
