Foam topped drink with chocolate shavings. Kahlua Espresso Martini pre mixed can. A cocktail glass with espresso martini.

Got home from shopping and my first photobook had arrived. I also made biscotti today. Taking it to my friend's tonight for dinner. I have some Vin Santo that we will take with us too. I can't seem to rotate the photobook photo!

Here's the finished dish. The sauce is simple and extra easy to make. It takes time rolling out the pasta,but it's a traditional dish that the whole family is supposed to help with. We had it as part of a 4 course meal in Siena. Today we had it on it's own.

I'm making Pici pasta for dinner. It got a tomato sauce with a pseudo pesto, as it's not made with a mortar & pestle. Pici pasta is made with water and flour, not egg. This was a dish from our cooking school in Siena.

I decided on a chicken curry. I added lentils and spinach leaves. It was servedcqirh basmati rice, roti bread and onion bhaji that I found in the supermarket freezer. There's plenty left over for a few lunches during the week. Thanks, @an-leavy.bsky.social for an idea. We were happy with it.

The rain held off but Rosie was very wet and muddy. I've just had a shower. Apollo's here so I had to take them both for a walk when I got home. She can't miss out!

I did it! And Rosie too! Although I'd like to shave at least minute off my time as I had to stop twice for Rosie to 💩!
Parkrun results showing a time of 40m 54s. The placement is 184 amd 64 for gender. This beats the time of 42m 43s and an overall position of 201 and a gender position of 83 for the last event.
