Please note, the city of New Orleans ADMITS there will be water in advance. So the pumps are ALL going to work, right? The city has sent extra people to make sure they ALL work, right? Right? RIGHT?

Why are so many balanced trainers so racist, sexist, or in this case homophobic?
Do you really want someone who proudly puts this sort of stuff out slapping a prong collar or shock collar on your dog and making your dog do things?
