You want to support and promote local music? Great. $14k in marketing materials isn't going to do squat. Some sort of cultural shift needs to happen. A national touring act playing the Sylvee isn't "local music".

Having the article point out that Frank Productions could benefit from the marketing materials the money is being used for makes me kind of sick. How about funding actual independent musicians and venues? FPC doesn't need a handout.
