A 45 RPM song poem record. Song Poems were an odd thing from the 50s-90s, and maybe beyond. People (usually low-tier grifters) would advertise in magazines saying "Turn your poems into music!", or "Aspiring songwriters: we can get you into the business!" - but it was really "send us whatever words you wrote down and we'll record a song out of it for a fee". It resulted in a lot of rare and/or bizarre music.
