A long-term possibility Council talked about before creating Stow’s new Conservation Area around Mud Brook’s wetlands: Could we rails-to-trails the abandoned railroad line that crosses under Rt 8 and connect it to the Veterans Trail being built on the line from Hudson through Stow to Cuyahoga Falls?

After I was elected to Council, I completed my goal of running every street in Stow. It was a good way to get to know our neighborhoods better. Many of our streets still need sidewalks. Council increased funding for new sidewalks last year, and I want to keep building more.
