Being given correct information should be the minimum standard - we we’re told the bags were on a specific flight into Heathrow on Tuesday, then that they were on another on Thursday - that inspired confidence! 🤦🏼‍♀️

It felt like we would never get them back, but it was four days from when we knew they were missing to the courier delivering them to our house. The communication from BA was woeful and that made it so much worse than it needed to be.

We are home! Our two cases haven’t made it unfortunately, but we are safe and sound x

I can’t remember what I had last year, but I put this in the freezer as a backup option. Finally got round to defrosting and eating it a few weeks ago and it was really nice (good cold the next day too).

It’s been a wonderful holiday ☺️

Billy Joel made mine too although Foos were top. Not entirely representative as I am mainly an 🍏 listener.

Might start taking ours to restaurants too.
