qimir is a champion who mysteriously disappeared from the map, having not been able to be found even in the capital — he joins district 13 — and osha as the current tribute from district twelve. she never saw him in person until the night before the games started
the topic of the hunger games came up and I started to imagine oshamir as members of the rebellion
