It hasn’t been, but only recently. If the history wasn’t valuable it would have never become a popular tourist spot. I would encourage you to learn more about Vegas, and I don’t mean that in a rude or condescending way.

We agree on that point. I’m only saying anything because in your original post said Vegas has “no real history” which isn’t true.

This proves my point about the history not being advertised. The valley has archeological history that goes back over 10,000 years. Just because the modern history is shorter than most American cities doesn’t mean the history is lacking. The Springs Preserve is open to the public.

I have to *respectfully* disagree. They heavily advertise the microwave aspects and don’t discuss the history because it’s not profitable.

Ask and pay attention to what the child wants/needs. I’ve noticed parents giving their children what they lacked (which I know comes from a good place) but it’s not always what’s best for them.
