Uh, this new SJ manga seems pretty suspect… the heroes of this story hate “aliens”, throw out out dog whistles and conspiracy theories and then commit a hate crime which they cover up with what I would describe as cannibalism since the aliens are basically just fat humans with cartoon heads.

Still coming to grips with losing my house to the derecho/hurricane combo earlier this year. I lost so much, but I wasn’t injured and that’s whats most important. Still blows my mind that that pine tree landed literally right on the couch I had been sitting on a few seconds before I took shelter!

Started reading Magical Girl Dandelion and it’s great so far! The art and character designs really stand out. Features a spin on the “hero and a villain working together” trope which is always fun. I don’t usually read magical girl manga but this one seems promising
