I was really happy Fist of the North Star was finally put up on Crunchyroll in better quality. Unfortunately half of the episodes have the timing completely off on the subtitles. Kinda makes it unwatchable now.

I actually have a new home now. It’s been a little over a year since the storm and losing everything. I remember in the aftermath I was sitting in an unfamiliar bedroom feeling despondent and wondering where I would be in a year. I’m so glad I made it.

Uh, this new SJ manga seems pretty suspect… the heroes of this story hate “aliens”, throw out out dog whistles and conspiracy theories and then commit a hate crime which they cover up with what I would describe as cannibalism since the aliens are basically just fat humans with cartoon heads.

I think I might be able to do a simplified Thanksgiving this year. Might try out dry brining a turkey instead of the wet brine I usually do

I get bored and end up putting on long running Shonen anime in the background and I started Bleach recently. Wondering if Ichigo ever gets like, real character development?
The show is fun junk food, definitely not the right place to expect anything profound though lol
