Designed version 1.0 of a digital op model. Currently creating a version of it which helps the rest of the org to ‘get it’. Manual processes, inoperable systems and an org that relies heavily on paper is just a relic today’s world.

Anyone dabbling with low code platforms out here 👀? For my charity I think it would help us to be more sustainable as opposed to large dev maintained platforms. Depends what your tech stack is too
