At this point we should be giving Mikey Moore as many minutes as possible (without risking injury). He is the future of this club and he will be a force to be reckoned with next season as long as he is properly managed for the rest of this season.

It gives me no pleasure to say this, but Ange has got to go. He's had them playing less than the sum of their parts for the majority of games this season.
The Board also need to bring in 2-3 quality players in January.
Of course they won't, so that just sets the next guy up for failure.

It's the bringing on Werner for Johnson for me. Second game in a row with a baffling decision to play a winger on the wrong side where they are completely ineffective.

I hope this is later rubbed in my big fat face... I like Ange, I think he is a decent bloke and has brought some excitement back to the club. The football can be fun. However, he's tactically naive, bad at substitutions, and can't coach defense or set pieces. A change may be needed...
